REFUND POLICY
At 4US, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. No questions asked.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or damaged.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear unless they are in their original, unopened packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
